MIhely is currently operating in a preparatory and demonstration phase. The establishment, determination of the legal form and registration of the business associated with MIhely’s commercial activities will take place in line with the actual commencement of service activities.

The purpose of the mihely.hu website is to present MIhely’s services, development directions, artificial intelligence- and automation-based solutions, as well as its demonstration systems.

Descriptions, demonstrations, simulations, calculations, AI-generated responses and other content available on the website are provided for general informational and demonstration purposes.

Content displayed on the website does not in itself constitute an offer, a binding commitment to make an offer, a contract, professional advice or a commitment to achieve any specific result.

The specific scope of MIhely’s services, technical conditions, fees, performance deadlines, data processing terms and liability provisions are in all cases determined by a separate written agreement concluded between the parties.
